What We Offer

Fighting criminality in all sectors has many challenging sights. The trafficking of antiquities brings tons of money to the criminals. These two factors create difficulties for lawyers who try to fight such crimes. Our associates though, are able to deal with such difficulties and defend the interests of our firm’s clients.

What is the term “Antiquities"

In our country, the law which refers to the protection of Antiquities and Cultural heritage in general, is Law 3028/2002. The term of Antiquities includes all movable and immovable recorded heritage of the state. Their protection involves the investigation, recording, study and conservation of every heritage as well as the prohibition of illegal export or any other activity that might pollute, harm or change the form of an object or immovable heritage. There is also reference of the obligation of the state to protect its cultural heritage.
