Electronic application of a Trademark

It needs to be underlined that the electronic way of applying for the registration of a trademark is available and the following documents are necessary for such a procedure to be duly concluded:
* Documents relating to the existence and well-being of a company
* A proxy of the applicant including the details of a representing lawyer; in case of a company, the proxy has to be signed and stamped by the legal representative if a lawyer is to appointed via a proxy
* A proxy appointing a representative [not a lawyer] signed by the individual in question; in case of a company, the proxy has to be signed and stamped by the legal representative of the company
If a lawyer has been appointed, a certain Fee of certain form shall also be necessary in order for the lawyer to be able to submit the application of the trademark to be registered
Please bear in mind at all times that the supporting documents of any sort shall have to be attached at the 5th step of the procedure, coined as “Addition of documents”
In case they don’t get attached the delay and even the rejection of the whole Application could be an option
