Ahmed is a qualified professional bilingual Business and Finance consultant with more than 27 years of experience in managing and being part of the management leadership of large, multinational and Middle East Organizations specialized in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas equipment, contracting & automotive businesses in Egypt, the UAE and other GCC countries. He is highly experienced in company start-ups and formations as well as company re-structures and has handled a large number of key mergers, acquisitions and JVs in the Μiddle Εast region.
He has a from Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt. He is, also, a Certified Management Accountant and a Chartered Accountant (, USA).
He has a strong understanding of the business culture, scope, product & service mix, and company policies, all combined with many years of experience, strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. He is well organized and has a deep knowledge of managing main business models and organization structures in Egypt, the UAE and other GCC countries.
