Our company, OIKONOMAKIS LAW, represented by our General Director and Legal Advisor, Mrs. Kokkoraaki Maria, and the Head of Business Advisory & Investments, Mrs. Oikonomaki Pinelopi, had the honor and pleasure of attending the Horasis India Meeting Athens 2024, which took place on September 15-16, 2024, in Athens at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel, under the auspices of the Ministries of National Economy & Finance, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, and the Ministry of Digital Governance.
The Hellenic-Indian Chamber of Commerce and Economy (HICCE), the Confederation of Indian Industry, and the independent, internationally recognized organization HORASIS co-organized this international business meeting, aimed at showcasing the prospects of the Greek economy and promoting new partnerships for development and innovation.
The purpose of the business conference was to deepen the relations between Greece and India, as well as to accelerate actions for expanding the relationship between the two countries across a broad range of sectors related to the economy and entrepreneurship.
A key thematic pillar of the meeting was international economic cooperation, with particular interest in discussions regarding the broader prospects of the Greek economy. The long-term bilateral relations between Greece and India were also analyzed, along with the transformation of Athens into an emerging investment business hub in Europe and India’s role as a driving force for global development.
The Horasis India Meeting served as a strategic convergence hub among key public sector stakeholders, creating an ideal framework for multi-stakeholder dialogue, always aimed at building a common future of prosperity and development, with a focus on sustainability.
