Oikonomakis Law Firm had the honor and pleasure to attend the 22nd International Christmas Bazaar organized by the Charity Association “Friends of the Child.”
The event took place on Saturday, December 3, and Sunday, December 4, at the Old OSY Bus Depot in Kerameikos.

The primary purpose of the Association is to care for children coming from families facing socio-economic or intra-family challenges, supporting them until their adulthood. Essential needs are covered through monthly donations, including medical supplies, healthcare examinations, food, bills, rent, tuition, entertainment, etc. (For more information about the structure and operation, please visit the Association’s page: https://filoitoupediou.gr/en_index.php )

The International Christmas Bazaar is an event featuring the participation of embassies, offering the public the opportunity to explore local flavors, music, customs, and traditions of each country, creating a framework to support the Association and its work.

Embassies that participated in the Bazaar included, among others, the following:
Egypt, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Georgia, Gambia, Ghana, Estonia, Zimbabwe, Italy, Kenya, China, Colombia, Kuwait, Cyprus, Lithuania, Madagascar, Moldova, Bangladesh, South Africa, Hungary, Ukraine, Pakistan, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Philippines.

As Oikonomakis Christos Law Firm, we would like to express our gratitude and congratulations to both the Philanthropic Association “Friends of the Child” and the participating embassies for their wonderful initiative and excellent organization of the bazaar.

Our presence there was an opportunity to connect with the global community and experience new cultural expressions.
We were particularly pleased to actively support the valuable work of the Association, always prioritizing love and solidarity towards children in need.
