Ome is a native of Cross River State, Nigeria.

She earned her LL.B. (Hons) in Law from the University of Calabar (1990–1997) and subsequently obtained her B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (1998–1999). She completed her secondary education at Federal Government Girls’ College and her Advanced Level studies at the College of Preliminary Studies, Yola.

Throughout her career, Ome has held a range of senior legal and corporate positions. Her experience encompasses corporate law, employment advice, conveyancing, contract drafting, litigation, legal research, negotiations, compliance management, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.

She has also served as a Legal Adviser and External Consultant to various organizations, providing legal opinions, litigation support, and strategic counsel.

She joined Oikonomakis Law as an International Legal & Business Development Representative, bringing a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to supporting business operations and professional services within Nigeria, Zambia, and beyond.
