Chisala is from Lusaka, Zambia.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Commercial Law from the University of Zambia (UNZA), completed his legal training at the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE), and is currently a candidate for a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law at UNZA.

Admitted to the Zambian Bar in 2020, he has advised multinational corporations and regional businesses across the transport, energy, banking, mining, and logistics sectors. He is also with extensive experience in corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, litigation, and commercial law.

His practice focuses on corporate governance, dispute resolution, company secretarial services, compliance frameworks, and cross-border commercial transactions across multiple African jurisdictions.

Currently, Chisala brings a sophisticated and solutions-oriented approach to both contentious and non-contentious matters, further strengthening Oikonomakis Law’s international legal capabilities in Zambia.
