Paraskevi was born in Agrinio, Greece.
She graduated from the Athens Law School (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece) in 2007.
She obtained a MSc in Property Law from the Montpellier I University (France) on 2009, a MSc in Environmental Law from Paris I- Sorbonne and Paris II- Assas (France) in 2010, and a PhD in Environmental Law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France) in 2016.
Paraskevi is working in cooperation with Oikonomakis Law and she is characterized by professionalism and effectiveness.
