Paraskevi was born in Agrinio, Greece.

She graduated from Athens Law School (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece) on 2007.

She obtained a MSc in Property Law from Montpellier I University (France) on 2009, a MSc in Environmental Law from Paris I- Sorbonne and Paris II- Assas (France) on 2010 and a PhD in Environmental Law from the Panthéon- Sorbonne University (France) on 2016.

Paraskevi is working in cooperation with Oikonomakis Law and she is characterized by professionalism and effectiveness.

She is fluent in Greek, English, French, German and Spanish.
