Nyiku was born in Limpopo, South Africa.

She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and an LLB graduate of the University of Limpopo, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law at the University of Johannesburg while completing a Compliance Management course through the University of Cape Town, further developing her expertise in tax, regulatory compliance, and governance.

Nyiku has experience in civil litigation and legal research, including drafting pleadings and legal documents and assisting with matters involving unlawful arrest claims, divorce proceedings, spoliation applications, and other civil disputes. With a growing focus on compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and tax law, she is committed to delivering practical, well-reasoned legal solutions with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

She currently cooperates with Oikonomakis Law at the South Africa Office.
