Nestor was born in Kumba, Cameroon.

He has built extensive experience in advocacy, corporate legal advisory, litigation, and legal consultancy, following five years as a Pupil Advocate and three years as an Advocate in Training with the Cameroon Bar Association.

Nestor holds a Degree in Law and Political Science, a Master’s I and a Master’s Degree in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa, all from the University of Dschang. He is an accomplished Cameroonian legal professional and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cameroon.

He is also a Ph.D. candidate in Petroleum Law, with specialized knowledge spanning petroleum activities and contractual negotiations, OHADA law, banking and insurance law, international transportation, EU law, public-private partnerships, and alternative dispute resolution. His expertise in OHADA arbitration, mediation, and conciliation, combined with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, enables him to advise and represent clients in complex national and international legal matters.
