Lazar is a senior professional in the financial sector with over three decades of experience in accounting, finance, business administration, and human resources.

Based in Varna, Bulgaria, he has held leadership roles in the accounting field across a wide range of sectors, including trade, tourism, construction, energy, and professional services, overseeing large-scale operations and teams of up to 300 professionals.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Economics in Varna and is fluent in Bulgarian, English, German, Russian, and Italian, with practical knowledge of French. He is recognized for his strong leadership skills, financial oversight, and experience in strategic management.

He is currently collaborating with Oikonomakis Law at the Bulgarian office as an external accountant based in the country.
