Evangelia was born in Thessaloniki, Greece.
She graduated in 2019 from the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees in the field of Law, specifically:
- Master of Laws in Transnational and European Commercial Law, Banking Law, Arbitration/Mediation from the International Hellenic University.
- Master of Laws in Maritime Law from the City, University of London.
Additionally, Evangelia has attended seminars on Intellectual Property Law in International Hellenic University, Legal English in University of Piraeus, and a Psychology and Personal Development Program in YMCA Thessaloniki.
