What is the Collection of Doubtful Claims?
In the framework of European legislation regarding on overdue debts, it is given the right to search and collect the amount due if this has not been paid to the debtor at the appropriate time. If a company provided products or services to third parties and the payment was not done in time, a certain procedure is followed. In particular, through the judicial path, the entrepreneur (lender) can claim the unpaid amount of money. This method of claiming is called “Payment order issuance” and forces the debtor to repay overdue debt. Through the above procedure a private enterprise can claim overdue debts.
