What we offer:

Apparently, the European Law constitutes a controversial and challenging project for each state’s legal system. The cases that our lawyers usually deal with, in national -and European- courts, more likely they have to do with the jurisdiction (or not) of the national court or whether the non-mandatory norms and directives apply over the state’s laws. As our Associates do have the knowledge about the European framework, the successful outcome of their case is more than certain. We also provide management of the complex bureaucratic procedures of such important cases.

What is the European Law?

European Law constitutes a set of laws, directives, regulations and norms which create the European legal framework, which applies to all the EU member-states. We also have to address the supremacy of European legislation over any member-state’s national laws, which is not approved by all states and it often creates conflicts regarding jurisdiction. However, state laws must be subtracted if they are not compliant with European legislation, as the EU legislation is always applied.
