At Oikonomakis Law, having dealt with numerous similar matters, we have undertaken the formation of an Investment Fund with Minimum Assets of €3,000,000 and the establishment of a management company with a capital of €100,000 for our clients, both natural and legal persons.

The Investment Fund, which in this case will have 6 shareholders, is an investment vehicle that pools funds from various investors to invest in businesses, typically startups or growing companies with high growth potential. The management company will be responsible for managing the assets and investments of the Investment Fund.
