Patrick Kemba was born and is based in Cameroon.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Buea, a Master 1 from the University of Yaoundé 1, Soa, and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School in Abuja. His expertise includes corporate and commercial law, contracts, compliance, risk management, civil and commercial litigation, and corporate governance.

Patrick Kemba has previously served as a Head of Legal/Company Secretary and Managing Partner roles in Nigeria and Cameroon. His practice encompasses regulatory and compliance advisory, corporate structuring, mergers and takeovers, employment, cross-border transactions, litigation, intellectual property, and OHADA-related matters.

An active member of the Cameroon Bar Association and Nigerian Bar Association, Patrick Kemba has held leadership positions within several African legal organizations, including the Cameroon Union of Young Lawyers and African Bar Association. His professional development includes specialized training in maritime law, syndicated finance, OHADA law, enforcement, investment security, and technology in legal practice.
