Necmiye is based in Istanbul, Türkiye.

She has with more than six years of independent legal practice expertise, and she earned her LL.B. from Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Law on a 100% scholarship and has developed substantial experience in criminal, civil, and commercial litigation, enforcement and debt recovery, mediation, and commercial legal consultancy.

She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, a Ministry of Justice Registered Mediator, and an expert witness translator in English and Greek. Her practice covers criminal defense, civil and commercial disputes, contracts, enforcement, foreign-national matters, and cross-border legal coordination. She works in Turkish, English, Greek, and German and is pursuing the Greek legal qualification pathway at EKPA.

With a focus on Türkiye–Greece legal coordination, Necmiye provides Turkish-law support, dispute resolution, enforcement, commercial advice, and cross-border legal assistance, combining litigation experience, mediation expertise, and a strong international perspective.
