Elpida was born in Drama, Greece.

She holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2026).

During the winter semester of 2025-2026, she has successfully completed an internship in the Embassy of Greece in the Netherlands, as part of the Erasmus+ programme. In this role, she conducted high-level research in international affairs and monitored high-profile proceedings at major international institutions in The Hague, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Criminal Court (ICC), and the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) General Assembly.
