Press Release 2-8-2022 on the collision of the yacht in Mykonos

Our Firm was successfully involved in the overall crisis management process (arising from the collision of the yacht on land off Ornos beach in Mykonos, Greece).

In particular, we offered:

  1. Legal aid in the preliminary investigation carried out by the Mykonos Port Authority.
  2. The regulation of all legal issues for the loading of the yacht on a platform and for its transfer to a shipyard.
  3. The out-of-court settlement with the individuals who assisted the yacht and their immediate payment.
