Our Firm was successfully involved in the overall crisis management process (arising from the collision of the yacht on land off Ornos beach in Mykonos, Greece).
In particular, we offered:
- Legal aid in the preliminary investigation carried out by the Mykonos Port Authority.
- The regulation of all legal issues for the loading of the yacht on a platform and for its transfer to a shipyard.
- The out-of-court settlement with the individuals who assisted the yacht and their immediate payment.
